Remote Support Service
Let our experts handle your email migration
Don't want to do it yourself? Let us do it for you.
Our experienced technicians can remotely connect to your computer and perform the entire email migration while you watch. We'll set everything up, run the migration, and make sure all your emails are safely transferred.
How it works
- Email us at support@emailmigrationhub.com to request remote support
- We'll send you a PayPal payment link for £75 per email account
- Once payment is confirmed, we'll arrange a convenient time
- Download AnyDesk from anydesk.com/en/downloads/ — it will automatically detect whether you're on Windows or Mac. Do not sign up for any subscription — you just need the free download
- Open AnyDesk and give us the 9-digit number shown on screen — that's all we need to connect
- We'll connect to your machine and complete the migration while you watch everything on screen in real time
Is it safe?
Absolutely. AnyDesk is a trusted remote desktop application used by millions of businesses worldwide. Here's why it's completely safe:
- You must invite us in — we cannot access your computer without you providing us a unique connection code
- You watch everything — you can see every action we take on your screen
- You stay in control — you can disconnect us at any time with one click
- No ongoing access — once the session ends, we have no way to reconnect unless you invite us again
- Encrypted connection — all data transmitted during the session is encrypted with TLS 1.2
