3. Once payment is confirmed, we'll arrange a convenient time
4. Download AnyDesk from anydesk.com/en/downloads/ — it will automatically detect whether you're on Windows or Mac. Do not sign up for any subscription — you just need the free download
5. Open AnyDesk and give us the 9-digit number shown on screen — that's all we need to connect
6. We'll connect to your machine and complete the migration while you watch everything on screen in real time
