How quickly can I get started?
Personal plans are provisioned within 24 hours. Business plans get same-day setup. We handle all the server configuration, DNS records, and testing.
Do I need to change my mail server?
No. Just add our relay as a "smart host" in your existing mail server config. Your mail server sends to us, we filter and deliver. Takes about 5 minutes to configure.
What ports do you support?
SMTP on ports 25, 587, and 2525 with TLS encryption. All authenticated via username/password.
What happens if I send more than expected?
Nothing — there are no per-email charges or volume caps. Your dedicated server handles what it handles. If you outgrow it, we upgrade the VPS.
Can I use this with WordPress / WooCommerce?
Absolutely. Use any SMTP plugin (WP Mail SMTP, Post SMTP, etc.) and enter our relay credentials. Works with any application that can send email via SMTP.
Is my data safe?
Your relay is a dedicated VPS — nobody else has access. All connections are TLS encrypted. We don't read, store, or log the content of your emails.
