1
Download AnyDesk
- Go to anydesk.com/en/downloads/ — it will automatically detect whether you're on Windows or Mac
- Click the download button — do not sign up for any subscription, you just need the free download
- The file will download to your Downloads folder
2
Install AnyDesk
- Open the downloaded
.dmgfile - Drag AnyDesk to your Applications folder
- Open AnyDesk from Applications
- If you see "AnyDesk is an app downloaded from the internet" — click Open
3
Grant Accessibility Permission
- Go to System Settings (Apple menu > System Settings)
- Navigate to Privacy & Security > Accessibility
- Click the lock icon to make changes (enter your Mac password)
- Find AnyDesk in the list and toggle it ON
- If AnyDesk isn't listed, click the + button and add it from Applications
4
Grant Screen Recording Permission
- Still in Privacy & Security, go to Screen Recording
- Find AnyDesk and toggle it ON
- You may need to quit and reopen AnyDesk for this to take effect
5
Grant Full Disk Access (if prompted)
- In Privacy & Security, go to Full Disk Access
- Toggle AnyDesk ON if it appears
- This may not be required for all sessions
6
Share Your AnyDesk Code
- Open AnyDesk — you'll see a 9-digit number (your AnyDesk address)
- Email this number to support@emailmigrationhub.com
- When we connect, you'll see a prompt — click Accept
- You can click Disconnect at any time to end the session
Your security is our priority
AnyDesk only works when you explicitly accept a connection request. We cannot access your computer without your active permission. The session is fully encrypted, and you can see and control everything that happens on your screen. You can disconnect at any time.
